About the Ridge

At The Ridge we strive to love God with everything that we are and love others the same way that Christ loves us. We have numerous ministries to help you on your spiritual journey. It is our prayer that you will discover that The Ridge can help you find Christ, live for Christ, and share Christ.

Our Values & goals

We value the idea of taking our love for God and our love for other people outside the walls of the church. Our goal is to help believers see how they can show that love practically in their everyday lives, while simply doing the things that they normally do. We call this missional living, and we believe that through this we can make Christ famous in Fort Wayne and beyond.

What time are your services?
We meet at 10:00 AM on Sundays.

How long are your services? 
Each service is approximately an hour to an hour and a half long.

What should I expect when I visit?
The prayer time before the worship is an opportunity to prepare our hearts for
encountering God in worship. This is a quiet, personal time with music softly playing in the background. The worship time itself is relaxed and free. We  believe in worshipping God in spirit and in truth and we do not place any expectations on those that are worshipping with us.

Is the worship contemporary or traditional?
We do not believe in holding to one genre of music. You may encounter both traditional and contemporary worship in our services. It all depends on where the Holy Spirit is leading for that day.

Is child care available?
We provide an opportunity for children from 2 years old to the fifth grade to be involved in a Sunday School experience during the worship time. Nursery care is also provided for those under 2.
